Roles

For your own contacts, you act as the controller and Xalvique Studio acts as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) for messaging your contacts and for honouring unsubscribe requests.

Your rights

• Access and portability: export your contacts from the Contacts page.
• Rectification and erasure: edit or delete contacts and your account at any time.
• Restriction and objection: contact us and we will assist.

Data transfers & security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
